1. About Our Services

Flare provides digital software products, licenses, and related services delivered electronically.

Our products are provided through digital delivery methods, including account access, license keys, downloads, or other methods required to provide access to purchased software.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use the software according to the terms outlined in this agreement. You are not purchasing ownership of the software or any intellectual property associated with it.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You agree to:

3. License Keys & Software Access

Flare primarily sells digital license keys. A key may enable access to software, platforms, or online services provided or maintained by third parties or other parties ("Associated Services").

Flare does not develop, operate, or guarantee Associated Services unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. We make no representation that any Associated Service will remain available, unchanged, compatible, or error-free for any period.

Associated Services may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, by their providers or due to circumstances outside Flare's control. You accept this as an inherent risk when purchasing access credentials for third-party or externally maintained products.

Your use of Associated Services may be subject to separate terms, policies, or requirements imposed by their providers. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase is appropriate for your intended use before checkout.

4. License Key Terms

By purchasing a license key from Flare, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable credential to attempt activation of the Associated Service described at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Flare does not grant you ownership of, or a sublicense to, any Associated Service or underlying software.

You must not share, resell, publish, or transfer a key except where Flare expressly permits. We may revoke or disable a key if we reasonably believe it was obtained fraudulently, misused, shared in breach of these Terms, or used in connection with a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:

• Share your license key or account access.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our software.
• Copy or reproduce our products.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
• Circumvent licensing or access control systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flare and its licensors.

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. We only provide products and materials that we have created or have appropriate rights to distribute.

6. Purchases and Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases made via our website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• The payment information provided is accurate.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You understand the product is a digital item delivered electronically.

Prices may change at any time; however, changes will not affect completed purchases.

Unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, or attempts to charge back or deny payments will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated, and/or legal action being taken.

7. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, access to purchased products may be provided immediately. Delivery may include license activation, account access, software downloads, or product updates.

Due to the digital nature of our products, access cannot always be revoked or returned once a license has been activated or a product has been delivered.

You are entitled to cancel your order before checkout, provided that the goods or services were not delivered.

8. Software Updates and Compatibility

We aim to maintain reliable and functional software. However, we cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with every system or third-party application.

Compatibility may be affected by operating system updates, hardware changes, third-party software updates, or external platform changes. We may provide updates, fixes, or improvements where appropriate.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to compromise our systems.
• Abuse support services.
• Attempt fraudulent purchases.

10. Refunds

Since we supply electronic digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds on used digital goods or for partial use after a valid key has been delivered, provided the key was as described and fit for purpose at the time of supply.

11. Fraud and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact our support team before initiating payment disputes whenever possible.

We maintain records relating to purchases, including order information, license delivery information, activation records, and account activity.

Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized use, or abuse of payment systems may result in account termination and/or legal action.

12. Service Availability

We may temporarily modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services for maintenance, updates, security improvements, or technical reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

13. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flare is providing this website and its contents/products on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, materials, or products included in this site.

Flare's role is limited to facilitating the sale and delivery of license keys. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flare disclaims responsibility for the operation, availability, or performance of any Associated Service accessed through a purchased key.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flare shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to revoke access for the following reasons:

• Chargeback, claim, or dispute.
• Misuse of an account.
• Abuse or misconduct.
• Fraudulent payments.
• Attempts to compromise our systems.

16. Changes to These Terms

At our discretion, we may update these Terms to reflect current acceptable practices. We will take reasonable steps to let users know about changes via our website. Your continued use of this site after any changes to these Terms will be regarded as acceptance of our practices.
